3 times a week Chef selects the freshest seafood from the auctions of Oahu Hawaii and around the world.
The Term Catch of the Day comes from the boats that arrive at the auctions each morning with their fresh catch. When the selection is made the fish will arrive in house no more than 24 hours from the time it was ordered.
Patrons of Level 2 Steakhouse will have their choice of 1 of 5 signature knives to dine with for the evening!
